Overview
Villa il Guercino in Montaione is on a private wildlife reserve and was anciently a hunting lodge used by its noble owners. Situated on a hill, the villa dominates the surrounding countryside rich with woodlands, olive groves and vineyards. Its conversion has been carried out taking great care to preserve its character and the ancient construction materials of the Tuscan countryside. Thanks to its ample spaces, the villa is well suited for groups of friends who want to go on holiday together, or for large family celebrations, spending a week’s holiday with all the relatives.
Thanks to its central position, the most famous Tuscan towns and cities such as Florence, Pisa or Volterra are within easy reach. For those who prefer smaller towns like San Gimignano, then they are spoilt for choice. The property is fenced and includes, as well as areas paved in terracotta and lawns, the swimming pool and a large veranda, well-equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a barbecue. The laundry room is in an external room with a washing machine.
On the ground floor thee is a living room with fireplace and satellite television; large hall with fireplace; large dining room with a dining table for twenty people; large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, coffee machine and toaster; two double bedrooms with shower en-suite, one twin bedroom with shower en-suite. All the rooms have direct outdoor access.

Annex: Located by the pool is the dependence which includes 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
