Overview
Villa Grevigiana is a traditional country villa located in the hills outside of Florence in a pleasant position between the Valdarno and the most famous towns in the Chianti Classico area, such as Greve, Castellina and Radda in Chianti, all within a half an hour drive away. The villa is an ideal solution for those who want to spend a holiday in Tuscany to discover the artistic heritage of this region. The property is surrounded on three sides by a well-kept garden that also offers a pleasant amount of shade on hot summer days. A few metres from the villa is a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests with a sunbathing area and views of the vineyards and the countryside stretching to the hills of Pratomagno. Near the swimming pool a pleasant, paved area and an equipped veranda with a barbecue provides the facilities vital for comfortable, outdoor meals.
A chef, maid services and cooking courses can be requested when booking and to be paid for locally. The villa is equipped with a cot and Wi-Fi, both included in the price. Central heating.
The ground floor is accessed through an ancient Tuscan style porch and entrance leading to a large living room with satellite television and a DVD player; a dining room with a fireplace; large, fully equipped, bright kitchen is fitted with an oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine, iron and ironing board; there is one bathroom with a shower and a small utility room with a washing machine to finish the floor off.
On the first floor there is a double room with a double sofa bed; a double bedroom with an ensuite including a bath and shower; and one twin bedroom with an additional third bed (suitable for a child).
On the second floor there is one double bedroom decorated by hand, with an ensuite utilising a shower.
