Overview
Villa Cascine lies deep in a natural location amongst cultivated fields and small Oak tree woodlands. It is part of a large property in the hills of Montaione, between Florence and Siena, and it is an excellent choice for groups of friends or for a family reunion spending time together in comfort, peace and quiet. There are opportunities for excursions in the countryside, from visiting the famous towns such as San Gimignano to the less known but characteristic small villages spread out in the countryside. The villa includes four suites each with different characteristics. Guests can make the most of a large porch/veranda equipped with wrought-iron tables and chairs, barbeque, sunbeds and deckchairs, umbrellas and the swimming pool with Jacuzzi and solarium area.
On the ground floor of the main villa is a large dining area (comfortably seating up to twenty-nine guests) and a living area with a fireplace, comfortable seating and a satellite television; kitchen (six-burner cooking hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine for American coffee and toaster); one double bedroom with shower ensuite; one single bedroom with shower ensuite; one twin bedroom with shower ensuite. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with shower ensuites; one single bedroom with shower ensuite; one twin bedroom with shower ensuite.
Suite one: countryside view – with independent access through an outdoor stairway. First floor consists of a living room, kitchenette; one double bedroom with shower ensuite; one single bedroom with shower ensuite; one twin bedroom shower ensuite.
Suite two: swimming pool view – with independent access through an outdoor stairway. First floor consists of a living room, kitchenette; two double bedrooms with ensuite and one twin bedroom with bath ensuite.
Suite three: without internal stairs. On the ground floor a living/dining room, kitchenette; one double bedroom; one single bedroom and one bathroom with shower.
Suite four: without internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room, kitchenette; one double bedroom; one single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
