Villa Il Colto is an elegant Tuscan style property, over three floors, ideal for twelve people with six double rooms and five bathrooms. The villa, located on the top of the hill is completely fenced, enjoying total privacy and large panoramic views. The villa is surrounded by a large, completely fenced property that extends over two hectares. The park is characterised by ancient Cypress trees, Olive groves and various fruit trees. The well-tended garden is located around the villa and is surrounded by some rare species of Cedar from Lebanon, and a variety of low vegetation, shrubs and flowers. The rectangular-shaped pool is located right in front of the house on a sun terrace equipped with garden furniture, table, chairs and a portable barbecue for eating outdoors; whilst enjoying wonderful sunsets. The main entrance of the villa overlooks a large courtyard with a spacious arched veranda also equipped with an old perfectly functioning pizza oven. There are parking spaces on the property for convenience.
The villa has been restored to a high standard blending modern and traditional design. The ground floor main entrance leads to the large living/dining room, made up of four areas divided by stone and brick arches, with a large open fireplace, sofas and chairs, satellite television, DVD player, stereo, reading area and large dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen has a large central cooking area and two ovens. Finally on the ground floor is a bathroom with a shower and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor there is a smaller living room with a fireplace and satellite television, an office with a PC; two twin bedrooms sharing an ensuite with a shower; two double bedrooms, one with bathroom with shower, the other with bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom; a bathroom consisting of a sink, WC and bath. A staircase leads to the medieval tower, converted into a spacious double bedroom, with windows on three sides giving an amazing view of the surrounding area.
