Villa Casale San Donatino is an old stone farmhouse, accommodating up to twelve people with six double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property has a splendid, panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, a private swimming pool, Wi-Fi and a barbecue. Ideal for groups of friends or large families.
The property benefits from a lawn and paved areas, complete with tables and chairs for nice relaxing moments. The pool is a few metres away from the house and is on a terrace, perfect for admiring the surrounding woodland and countryside. The irregularly shaped pool is surrounded by a bathing area with deck chairs and beach umbrellas. Between the pool and the main entrance to the villa there is a welcoming veranda with a table, chairs and portable barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. There is also a bathroom with a shower, for changing or washing after using the swimming pool. The property also provides parking spaces.
The villa is built in the traditional Tuscan style with elements such as wood-beamed ceilings and Cotto flooring; you will also find original and antique furniture alongside a subtle modern design. The farmhouse is set over two floors, with an indoor and outdoor staircase. The main entrance leads to the large dining/living room with a charming fireplace and large stone arches dividing the various rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a large terrace perfect for breakfast or appetisers. A staircase leads up to the first floor which has two separate areas with various steps, corridors, and rooms. On the left guests will find a living room with large fireplace; two twin bedrooms (beds can be joined) and a double bedroom with a shower ensuite. With access from the exterior of the property there is a living room with a fireplace; a games table; a Le Corbusier chaise longue, two double bedrooms; a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bath.
