Overview
Villa Casale le Rondini is built in the typical Tuscan farmhouse style with a with a character outbuilding, sleeping a maximum of sixteen people in eight bedrooms nine bathrooms and one small bathroom. Outside there is a swimming pool and jacuzzi for maximum leisure. The property has air conditioning in all the bedrooms; a washing machine; a billiard table and parking on the property.
The property boasts a large outdoor area with a fenced garden; a salt-purified swimming pool, a jacuzzi (upon request) which can be heated; an outdoor shower with hot water and veranda with outdoor seating. There is a wood-burning stove and table for outdoor meals, sunbeds, beach umbrellas and a stonework barbecue.
The country house was commissioned by Leopoldo di Lorena, the Grand Duke of Tuscany and on the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and television; a dining room leading to the garden; a billiards room and a kitchen with access to the garden. For convenience there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine on the ground floor.
There is also a living/dining room with small cooking area on the first floor with access to the veranda, which can also be reached from the ancient outdoor staircase. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms each with air conditioning, television and ensuites with showers; one double bedroom with an ensuite comprising of a bath and shower. All windows have mosquito screens.
On the second floor there is one double bedroom (bed can be divided into two singles) in the old attic next to the living room, accessible via wooden ladder. There is also a private bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.
On the ground floor of the outbuilding there is a small living room with cooking area; one small bathroom and access to a double bedroom with a television, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. There is also a fitness room with outdoor access and one double bedroom with a television and (kitchenette) small cooking area. There is also a bathroom with a shower and direct outdoor access.
On the first floor of the outbuilding (accessed from the external staircase) there is one double bedroom with a television and a (kitchenette) small cooking area. To finish this floor off there is a bathroom with a hydromassage bath.
