Villa Elxi is a 6-bedroom stunning villa situated just a short walk from Kolybithres sandy beach and the ancient Mycenaean Acropolis. It offers amazing panoramic views of the sea and the town of Naoussa which is just a 25-minute walk from the villa, where you can find local shops, Greek tavernas and bars. Sit back and relax on the terrace where you can take in the views of Naxos Island.
The decoration and style of the villa is elegant, the architecture is traditional combined with modern touches with unique wooden and stone details. The villa consists of a main house and then 3 smaller guest houses, all situated around the impressive swimming pool and grounds. In the main house you’ll find a master king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen that extends to a spacious living room and dining area as well as laundry area and another bathroom. There’s also a playroom, two double bedrooms (both ensuite). Each of the 3 guest houses have a master suite ensuite, kitchen facilities and verandas offering incredible views.
The most impressing place of the villa is the swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace area that offers beautiful views. It is an idyllic relaxing area that overlooks the Aegean and the ancient Acropolis, the perfect place for a barbecue and sunset drinks. The villa has outdoor shaded dinning and sitting areas, which are also perfect for outdoor meals and barbecues.
