Villa Buttercup is a four bedroom, three bathroom sea front villa located in the heart of Protaras. Within walking distance to all beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities, this villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The ground floor features an open plan living room area, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen, and satellite TV (including Full UK satellite, Russian channels etc), DVD Player and large patio doors leading to the garden and sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and the dining area has seating for 8 persons. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds and a separate WC with shower.
Upstairs, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms; The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and patio doors that lead to the shared balcony that overlooks the sea views. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and private balcony, and bedroom 3 has two single beds and access to the shared balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom can be found on this floor with bath and overhead shower and WC.
Outside, the sunny garden and pool area provides plenty of space for sunbathing and outside dining. There is a barbecue, worktop with cupboard space and a sink, outside shower, sun loungers and a large private pool overlooking the ocean. There is also a gate leading you to the pathway that will take you down to the beach.
