Villa Kalamies is a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool is located in the heart of Pernera, within 5 minutes’ walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is an ideal option for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday close to the beach.
Downstairs, the villa features an open plan living and kitchen area. There is a comfortable sitting area with satellite TV, a dining table seating 6 and a fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors lead out to the pool and garden area. There is also a W/C on this floor. Upstairs, the villa has three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, there is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The main bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower.
Outside, the villa has a sunny garden and pool area with sun loungers and patio furniture and a BBQ. WIFI is available, and the villa has full air conditioning. Overall, this is a lovely villa in a great location. A great place to stay for an enjoyable holiday.
