Villa Slana located in Zuzici, a small village in Istria, 5 km from Visnjan and just a 20 minute drive (15 km) from the popular seaside town of Porec with restaurants, local grocery stores, bakers, butchers, winers and beaches!
Fully restored holiday home originally built two centuries ago equipped with modern facilities while preserving original charm. Beautiful hardwood floors and exposed wood beams combined with soft colour palettes create an inviting and elegant atmosphere. 380 m² of interior spill over two floors. With access to the pool deck, the ground floor hosts a fully equipped kitchen, a central island used as a breakfast bar, separate dining area and a bright living room with comfortable sofas. The ground floor welcomes its guests and invites them to spend cosy evenings by the fireplace playing billiards and enjoying some house wine.
Sleeping area is on the upper level with four bedrooms in total. Each of them has a its own bathroom. While some of the furniture is handmade, there are also antique pieces of furniture which have been fully restored. Specious outdoor terrace yields a pool, plenty of seating nooks for extra privacy as well as an outdoor dining area. In addition, Villa Slana features a traditional tavern - kitchen with open fire barbecue, a dining table for eight adjacent to a wine cellar, and a pretty cool pool table room. For added fun the owners have provided a Play station and six bicycles for your use.
The two stone terraces, also called baladuri, are a perfect position to absorb all the beauties, colours, smells and tastes of Istria. The outdoor swimming pool is the ideal place to relax and freshen up.
