This modern villa is within walking distance from the centre of the small, authentic village called Bobovisce on the island of Brac, which is accessed by ferry crossing from Split harbour. It's just a short drive from the lovely little fishing promenade of Milna where you will find cafe's, shops and restaurants by the waterfront. Villa Nautica offers spectacular views over the bay from it's pool terrace and can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms. Outside consists of a table tennis and dart board for your entertainment. From the living area, large sliding doors lead to the inviting, elevated swimming pool and sun deck, perfectly positioned to make the most of the stunning sea views. There's also the benefit of a home cinema, 3 bicycles, 2 kayaks, a beautiful covered barbecue dining area and from here steps lead directly down to the sea for your enjoyment.
