Villa Forti 57 enjoys a privileged seafront position with astonishing sea views where you can often see the yachts on their way to the Cala D'Or marina. The villa is in a quiet area, by the emblematic fortification “Es Fort”". Villa Forti 57 is only 400 metres away from the sandy cove of Caló des Pou and 600 metres away from the centre of Cala Egos where shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found. The stylish Cala D'Or marina with restaurants and cafeterias is less than one and a half kilometres away and the centre of Cala D'Or is around a five-minute drive away, once in the town there is a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops. In Cala D’Or there are several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran and Cala D’Or itself. Whilst in the area there is the opportunity to practice water sports or to take an excursion and discover the pretty southeast coast with a glass bottom boat.

Villa Forti 57 is a spacious whitewashed villa with wonderful bright natural light and large windows providing picturesque views of the sea. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and a raised dining space with several sets of double doors to access the sea-facing covered terrace. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, with a small breakfast table and a larder. French doors lead out to a covered terrace with a brick-built barbecue and built in seats. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, dressing area and double doors onto the sea-terrace. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. On the first floor there are three twin bedrooms that open out onto the terrace looking over the sea. One of these rooms has an ensuite bathroom and the other two share a separate family bathroom. There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms.

The outside is peaceful and enjoys the most astonishing sea views. There is a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for relaxing in the heat of the day. The covered terrace features a dining table to enjoy delicious "al fresco" meals prepared on the barbecue whilst overlooking the This villa also has a gated driveway.
