Villa Pisana is a villa for situated in the hills overlooking a valley not far from Pisa, west of Florence and Siena. The landscape is typical of the Tuscan hills with olive tree groves on the terraced land, vineyards and small groves. The panoramic view allows you to relax and enjoy the sunset from the pool side. This ancient country house of 300 has been recently renovated using ancient materials combined with modern techniques and solutions. The result is a house that is extremely comfortable and perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The garden is entirely fenced-in and includes an irregular-shaped swimming pool, a gazebo, a wood-burning oven for pizza making facilities, garden furniture, barbecue and children's games. The location of this villa makes it an ideal departure point for exploring Pisa as well as the Etruscan town Volterra. You can also easily reach the beaches of the Versilia or Marina di Pisa. You also can't miss Lucca, with its historic city centre, you can also reach Florence in an hour. If you already know Tuscany and its treasures, you can also just enjoy “dolce far niente” (the sweetness of doing nothing) going for walks alongside the olive trees. On the ground floor there is a dining room, kitchen, an outdoor annexe utility room with washing machine, one double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower. The first floor can be accessed using an external staircase where you can find a spacious living room with a fireplace, DVD player, satellite TV, play station, Wi-Fi and with two comfortable double sofas. Also, on this floor there are two double bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. On the second (in the ancient pigeon tower) there is a romantic double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
