Villa Font Xica Gran is a classy, spacious and attractive villa with a large swimming pool and a perfect location close to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The villa can comfortably sleep up to eight people in air conditioned bedrooms which are finished to the highest standard.
Inside, the villa is set over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge featuring high ceilings with exposed beams, sky light windows and exposed stone walls. Patio doors, overlooking the pool and barbecue area, lead out to a lovely terrace with a seating area that is a perfect setting for relaxing. Also on the ground floor there is a pretty dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a twin bedroom, on the ground floor, which has an ensuite shower room.
A wide staircase leads up to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room, and a twin bedroom along with a full bathroom with a separate shower.
Outside there is a built in covered barbecue, with dining facilities, easily able to accommodate eight people for a delicious meal together. A fridge and sink are conveniently placed in this area too. To the side of the barbecue area is an outside toilet, plus a laundry room. The covered terrace close to the barbecue area is furnished with sofas and chairs and there is also a stone seating area with comfortable cushions and the games facilities. The swimming pool area is the perfect place for sunbathing or for a refreshing dip.
