Overview
Villa Casale Poggio al Vento is made up of one main farmhouse and two outbuildings with a shared hall comfortably hosting up to twelve guests. The property boasts a large garden with a private fenced swimming pool, well-equipped outdoor area, covered veranda, barbecue, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, heating, air-conditioning in the shared hall and in the first-floor bedrooms. The property is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in peace and tranquillity.
The property has been restored whilst maintaining many original defining characteristics, combining various styles. The main farmhouse is over two floors with the ground floor consisting of a dining room with a traditional arched ceiling and a satellite TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen with exterior access via French patio doors. There are two bedrooms on this floor a single bedroom and a double bedroom both with ensuite shower facilities. On the first floor there is a living rooms with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a satellite TV. There are a further two double bedrooms with shower ensuites and a single bedroom with a shower ensuite.
The first outbuilding is close to the main farmhouse and is all on the ground floor. There is a paved veranda complete with outdoor furniture and one double bedroom with a shower ensuite.
The second outbuilding is slightly further away and lower down but still at ground floor level. There is a living room with satellite TV and a double bedroom with a shower ensuite.
The third building is a large area shared by all the guests. There is a fully furnished kitchen and dining area large enough for all the guests. There is also an outdoor area with a table and chairs. This building also has a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
The exterior of the property has several levels following the natural slopes and hills landscape. The property is surrounded by beautiful Olive groves, vegetation, flowers, shrubs, Cypress trees and ancient Fir trees. Entrance to the property is via a grand gate, leading to the ample car park where steps lead to the outbuildings on one side and the pool on the other. The oval swimming pool is completely enclosed and externally paved, complete with sun loungers, beach umbrellas and an outdoor shower, making it perfect for relaxing outdoors whilst admiring the panoramic views. There is also a table tennis table for some friendly competition. There is also a barbecue area and plenty of seating on the grounds.
