Villa Calla Mijas is a luxury villa located in the heart of Mijas Costa. This contemporary villa with a Scandinavian style is the perfect place for a family to come together. With 2 living rooms, plenty of outside space for relaxing, covered terraces to escape the sun and a private courtyard in the centre there are plenty or places to unwind. Completely refurbished and constructed over two levels with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms the villa can sleep up to 12.
The villa is ideally located as you are within within walking distance to some of Spain's finest white sandy beaches, only a short drive to prestigious golf courses and also to the small town of La Cala. La Cala is an up and coming area and here you can enjoy fine dining at countless restaurants, local wine at Vinotecas and typical Spanish tapas by the beach.
This elegant villa has been styled with contemporary decor and soft colours. The large windows and open plan living give it a spacious and wonderfully bright and sunny feel. The open plan living is ideal for families as everyone can come together for cooking, dining and relaxing.
What we love most about this villa are the various areas where you can seek a bit of respite and peace. Going through the main doors from the living room area you can walk out onto an enclosed glassed terrace with plush sofas and chairs. This is a perfect place to unwind as you have the most stunning views of the Mediterranean right in front of you. Proceeding out from this area and off to your right you have another shaded terraces area with plush sofas chairs. Surrounding the pool area you have comfortable sun-loungers where you can laze all day taking in the Spanish Rays. And not only that, but in the middle of the house you have a beautiful courtyard that offers a shady spot to sit with a good book and a glass of wine.
On the main entrance level of the house there are two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Going up to the first floor you have a further three bedrooms. The master suite offers a private terrace with sweeping views out to the Meditterrean. the large en-suite has a shower and oversized tub! Connected to this bedroom is the second bedroom which makes these two bedrooms perfect for families. There is a separation between these two rooms. The third bedroom with en-suite is located just next to the upstairs living room that has ample seating area and sea views.
This villa is perfect for families that are looking for a holiday in the sunshine. It is located just 25 minutes to the cultural hub of Malaga, and 15 minutes drive to the centre of Marbella and 20 minutes to the bustling Marina of Puerto Banus. The white villa of Mijas Pueblo is only 20 minutes away and here you can stroll through the old cobblestone streets and take a horse carriage ride through the village.
