On the lower ground level you have the extra luxury of a built-in home sauna, plus a working gym with separate shower and WC.
The outside area features an inviting 40 square meter pool and separate Jacuzzi for total holiday relaxation. The attractive landscaped garden has open seating and dining areas - great for entertaining during the summer evenings.
Satellite TV, full air-conditioning and complimentary WI-FI are included. The villa also benefits from private off-road parking, and a table tennis table. Pool heating is also available and is optional, charged at 50 Euros per day. It raises temperature of pool by a maximum of 5 degrees.
