Villa Marisa is in a large park, mostly lawn, surrounded by large, ancient trees. The unique swimming pool has a figure of eight shape and features hydromassage. It is a modern, bio-design pool, externally paved and complete with beach umbrellas and sunbeds, in a bright position just in front of the villa. There are several relaxing areas; a covered veranda for outdoor meals; as well as two charming panoramic terraces overlooking the countryside including outdoor furniture.
The villa is furnished in classic style, with marble siding, decorations, precious fabrics and furniture. The house is over two floors plus an attic, with outdoor and indoor staircases. The ground floor features a bright, spacious living room with precious Carrara marble, furnished with sofas, satellite television and complete with thermo-fireplace, piano and games table. Adjacent to this is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, leading to the swimming pool and a small living room. This floor also has a double bedroom; a bathroom with massaging shower; a room with a second fridge and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room has a marble staircase leading up to the first floor. Here guests will find three double bedrooms; one single; and a bathroom with bath and shower. Villa Marisa is part of a property which is over one hectare, with fields and woods, in a hilly position a few kilometres from the city of Pistoia, which will amaze art lovers.The property is well-located, only 10 km from motorways leading to Tuscany’s most important art cities, such as Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca or Florence. Collodi is perfect for children with its Pinocchio theme park, and the thermal springs of Montecatini are also just a few kilometres away. The beaches of Versilia and Pisa airport are less than an hour’s drive away. For cycling lovers in the surrounding area there is the San Baronto ascent.
