Overview
Villa Brooker is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa. Villa Brooker has a private screened-in swimming pool, hot tub, and patio area right outside the glass sliding door. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, toaster, blender, coffee machine and much more. The dining area seats six in comfort at the table and an additional four in the breakfast nook (overlooking the pool). There also is a breakfast bar that has three stools. There is patio furniture for dining by the swimming pool. There are child alarms fitted at all doors leading to the swimming pool area, to ensure complete safety. The living room has a 55" Smart TV and DVD player. The master suite has a TV, king size bed and an attached master bathroom with an oversized bathtub and separate shower. The junior master suite has a TV, queen size bed and a private bathroom. There is one twin room with TV and a further bedroom with a queen size bed. There is also access to the free high speed WIFI.
