Villa Kona is a stunning 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa located in the resort community of Windsor Island. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. Each bedroom invites relaxation and allows everyone to have their own space. The bed configurations consist of 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and two bedrooms featuring a set of twins. The two twin bedrooms are whimsically themed - one a Captain Hook theme and the other a Moana theme!
The living spaces here are just as relaxing as the bedrooms. The living room is vibrantly colourful and spacious featuring a 70” Smart TV. Curl up with your favourite book, stream a popular show, or take a nap - whatever you choose, this is your time. The living room overlooks the kitchen which has beautiful cabinetry, upgraded appliances, and granite counters. With all the luxury, you’ll look forward to cooking meals. A huge island (seating 4) and a dining table (seating 8) allows space to create memories.
The entertainment is in no shortage here as well. The air conditioned games room features billiards, air hockey, a multi-video arcade game along with a 55" Smart TV. There are special lighting and ocean sounds in the games room for an extra touch of excitement.
Head out to the back patio and dine outside overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. Whether you just dip your feet in or cool off after a long day out, this is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida weather.
