Villa Sanibel is in a peaceful area with water views and canal access, minutes from the Peace River as it meets Charlotte Harbour. The area is a paradise for fishermen, beachgoers, nature-lovers and golf enthusiasts alike. Enjoy plenty of wildlife watching, fishing from the dock, lounge by the pool, hang out on the enclosed lanai overlooking the peaceful canal. Grab the included kayaks and go for a paddle down the canal straight to the river access.
Villa Sanibel has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy the cosy living room after a day out on the water. Take advantage of the spacious open kitchen boasting granite countertops. Enjoy your meals in the comfortable dining room or head out to the covered and enclosed patio for al fresco dining by the water. The enclosed back patio has a gorgeous pool with free solar heat (due to solar, the temperature of the pool is not guaranteed). The villa also has a private dock so you can tie up your own boat (boat lift not for guest use). The canal has direct access to the Peace River right after it meets Whidden Bay at Harbour Heights Park. Whether you decide to boat all day or for a few hours, you’ll always have a place to come back to when you stay here!
