Villa Evelyn is a delightful and spacious four-bedroom villa with stunning sea views and private pool. Located just a short drive to the whitewash village of Mijas Pueblo and only a 15-minute drive to the white sandy beaches of Fuengirola it is ideal for your family holiday in the sun.

The villa has been furnished to a very high spec and offers comfort and luxury in every room. With 4 spacious bedrooms, office, gym, two living rooms and a basement that has been converted into a lounge area you will be spoiled for choice on where to spend your time. Outside you can relax on the sun loungers, take a dip in the saltwater pool, escape the sunshine under the covered terrace that offers plush sofas for relaxing, or even serve up a drink at the bar next to the BBQ. Perfect for family and friends who are looking to experience the peace and tranquility of pueblo life, but also just be a short drive to the city.

As you walk into the villa you will be taken back as the open plan design with high ceilings over five floors truly gives off the feeling of space! The top floor has 3 double bedrooms and large bathroom with walk in shower. The middle floor enjoys a TV room overlooking the lounge, a huge master bedroom with walk in wardrobe double ensuite luxury wet room and a large, covered terrace.

On the ground floor the fully equipped kitchen has an American fridge freezer and all modern appliances. The large living room has plush sofas and you can even relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace swimming pool.

Just to the left of the garden area you will find the entrance to the spacious lower basement area. This is the perfect entertainment area where you can whip up drinks behind the bar or chill out on the sofas in front of the plasma screen television. For those feeling a little sporty during your stay you can take advantage of the gym area with weights and cardio equipment. Throughout the house there is a WI-FI with a centralised music system.

All the amenities, beaches and attractions of Fuengirola and Mijas Costa are all a short drive away or if you prefer the traditional bars and restaurant or walking in the hills these are all within easy walking distance.
