Overview
Beautifully decorated villa in close to Mijas Pueblo and only a ten minute drive to the beaches of Fuengirola. This beautiful villa is spacious and comfortable, with capacity to accommodate up to ten people. In the main part of the house can sleep six people, and there is a separate apartment with its own bathroom and kitchen, which can sleep four people.
It is located in a very quiet and private urbanization, just five minutes from the charming white town of Mijas, and ten minutes by car from the beaches of Fuengirola. The nearest golf course is ten minutes. A two minute walk from the house there is a bus stop with service every twenty minutes to Fuengirola and Mijas. Although located in a very calm area, the house is only two minutes from the road, which gives you quick and easy access to the many attractions in the area.
The villa is situated on a large plot with electric gates, terraces and a lawn. From the garden and pool there are views of the mountains of Mijas. The garden is very reserved, and has a 50 m2 pool. The shallow part is partially covered, which means that the little ones can enjoy the pool without exposing themselves to the sun. There is a barbecue and a tennis table. The garden is beautifully lit and very peaceful at night, and local owls can sometimes be heard flying over the house.
The main part of the house is on one level, with modern and open spaces. I no wooden floors and heating, which keeps the house warm in winter, and there is air conditioning throughout the house to keep it cool during the summer. On this floor there are three double bedrooms, two of which are suites, and there is also another communal bathroom. The apartment has its propria entrance, double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people and bathroom.
There is an open space of 80 m2 where the living room, American kitchen and dining room are located. There are wooden floors and large windows overlooking the garden. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with combination oven / microwave, second oven large, steam oven, dishwasher, American fridge, ceramic hob and an espresso machine. There is a breakfast bar with four chairs. From the dining area there are glass doors opening onto the upper terrace, donate there is another dining space overlooking the garden and mountains of Mijas. It is a beautiful place to have breakfast, or to enjoy some tapas or a refreshing night time drink. From this terrace, a staircase leads down to the garden, pool area and apartment.

The house is accessed via electric gates. The driveway has room for two cars, and you can park on the street as well. The house has an interior and exterior security system, and high quality security shutters.
The villa is located in a quiet and mature residential area, the side of the field. Very close to the house there are paths that lead to the countryside and the hills. Local Wildlife has copies boar, owls and violaceous turaco; an African bird that is sometimes seen flying in the trees behind the house. It is a very popular area with fans of hiking and biking trails, and close to the Sierra de Mijas there are many beautiful routes.
