Villa Oceana, located in the heart of golf valley, and not far from the bustling marina of Puerto Banus, this lovely villa is the perfect family villa for your sunshine escape! Constructed over two levels with five bedrooms, all ensuite, private pool, plenty of garden space, and views over the valley it is the ideal place to come and unwind.
As you enter into the villa on the ground floor there is a large open living and dining space with a fireplace and comfortable sofas; a wonderful place for family and friends to come together after a day of exploring the Andalucian coastline. The well-equipped kitchen, fitted with modern appliances, has all that you need to prepare a family evening meal. The dining table designed to seat ten people will be a great meeting point for family dinners and celebrations.
From the dining area you have direct access out to the garden where you can soak up the sun whilst relaxing on sun loungers around the pool, or perhaps you may prefer to seek refuge from the midday sun under the terrace. Comfortable sofas and chairs outside can facilitate relaxation in the tranquillity of the garden.
On the main entrance level, you will find the first bedroom with ensuite bathroom and double bed. Heading up stairs there are a further four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms with a shower and bath. The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated in neutral colours, have comfortable beds and soft pillows.
The villa is ideally located just a short drive to the marina of Puerto Banus where you can enjoy shopping in designer boutiques, dine on the main waterfront, or perhaps take an evening stroll to check out all of the yachts docked at the marina. Within a 15-minute drive you can visit Marbella city centre where you can enjoy horse and carriage rides through the old cobble stone roads of the plaza, dine in some of the Costa del Sol’s best restaurants, enjoy tapas and a fine glass of red wine or sangria at one of the many chiringuitos you will find on the beachfront.
