Villa Antares Sol is situated in the quiet residential area of the Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen, within easy walking distance of the old fishing harbour and just a five minute walk to the nearest shops, bars, and restaurants of Montaña Tropical. This stylish property has 2 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the adjoining annexe. The cliff top location allows easy access to the Old Town harbour area of the main resort in one direction and Puerto Calero Marina in the other.
Inside, you will find the comfortable, and bright lounge area with a large corner sofa, wall mounted 55″ flat screen TV with Satellite system, Blu Ray player with over 100 Blu Ray film titles provided for your convenience and air conditioning. Then, you will come to the dining area with dining table and chairs leading to the open plan fully fitted kitchen. In the main house, you can find a double bedroom with ensuite with a bath and overhead shower and a twin bedroom. There is a main family bathroom in the main house also with a walk in shower. In the annex, which has a separate entrance, is another double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom, again with an ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms come with a fridge and kettle. All four bedrooms are also air conditioned. There is also a separate, well stocked Games Room with pool table, air hockey, cross trainer, and a 42 inch TV for use with a PS4, controllers and games (parental guidance recommended).
Outside, you can find a lovely children’s pool, which the children’s pool forms part of the main pool which is lovely, and a 6 seater Jacuzzi (5 seats, 1 lounger with lights). The villa is very private, with mature gardens and both covered and open terraces. The villa is also set on mature gardens to the front of the house with open and shady terraces. There is also patio furniture and sun loungers that are provided, and the seating area can be illuminated at night. A built in BBQ and alfresco dining area, is situated to the rear of the villa together with the jacuzzi. Please note the villa is all on one level and the surrounding area is flat. There is a small Commercial Centre nearby with restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. The hill to the resort is steep but taxis are available in resort.
