This spacious semi-detached villa is on two floors and has a pool & table tennis table plus private pool with a day bed. There are beautiful panoramic mountain views from the upstairs terrace. Within a steady 15-20 minute walking distance of the exclusive Marina Rubicón, Dorada Beach and Playa Blanca Town Centre it is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.
As you walk in the front door you will be surprised at how much space the open plan living area offers. There are two bedrooms off the lounge and a shared bathroom with large walk in shower. A split staircase with approximately 20 steps leads down to the lower level. A bedroom 4 & bathroom are at the bottom of the stairs and a separate door leads into the open plan living area. This comprises of a kitchen and a comfortable lounge with large L shaped sofa & TV. Large patio doors lead to the pool and patio area. The master bedroom with ensuite is located off the lounge.
Outside there is ample space to sit and enjoy the tropical climate. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a shaded area under the pergola with a dining table and 8 chairs. You can relax on the sun loungers or day bed and if you are looking for some fun in the sun, you can play pool or table tennis outside too. A staircase (approximately 17 steps) leads to the upper level seating area.
The villa is only a 5 minute drive away from Marina Rubicon which is the exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca. The Marina boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars, and restaurants.
