Villa Ses Porrasses is a large stone clad family villa set in the countryside at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountain range and very near the town of Selva. Here, you can enjoy its restaurants, bars, and shops.
This villa lies on two floors and is having a refurbishment changing the external staircase inside the house and converting the seven-bedroom property into one unit instead of two independent sleeping areas. The result will be a large family property that will be able to sleep 14 people. There will be three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) with three bathrooms on the ground floor and four bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom on the first floor. The ground floor comprises a large family kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, large fridge /freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and a sitting area. An L shaped lounge/dining area has comfortable seating, WiFi and a smart TV. You can then find a large bathroom with bathtub off the lounge area, which then follows on to sleeping area with two bedrooms, one twin, further full bathroom with bath and a double bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite shower room. The interior staircase leads to the first floor where another comfortable seating area is located together with a pool table. Here are five more bedrooms to be found, one double and four twins each with their own ensuite shower rooms. The large double bedroom at the end of the passageway has a king size bed and a bathtub as well as a walk-in shower. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
Outside, you can find the lovely heated private swimming pool (only available in April, May, and October and only on request and with an additional cost) with plenty of terrace space with sunloungers, a covered terrace area with dining tables and sofas. There is also a BBQ area.
