Xiprer Apartment is a cosy duplex apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom, situated in the Llenaire area, just a two minute walk to the beach of Port de Pollença. Here, you can find a selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment is set in a small complex and has a lovely communal swimming pool surrounded by lawn, great for a sunny Mallorcan day.
The main door leads directly to the lounge/dining room, with satellite TV and the open plan fully equipped kitchen area. From here, glass doors go direct to the outside terrace, which has access to the pool and garden area. This terrace has a nice exterior table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining, and two sun loungers.
A spiral staircase leads us up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are situated. These comprise of one double bedroom, which has a private balcony and one twin bedroom, both sharing a full bathroom with a bath and shower. There is a toilet downstairs too.
This apartment is ideal for couples or small families who wish to spend a relaxing holiday near the beach and not far from the Puerto Pollensa centre.
