Villa Mosson is a large and traditional Mallorcan villa, surrounded by mature gardens and uniquely set within walking distance to the beach and amenities of Puerto Pollensa. Perfectly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. The villa can sleep up to six guests in three bedrooms and offers stunning views over the Boquer mountains together. Relax in the large private pool, soaking up the tranquil surroundings.
The ground floor of the property comprises of a tastefully decorated lounge/dining room which features delightful pretty stone walls. Also on this floor level, there is a fully fitted kitchen with a door leading to the exterior. Alongside the dining area there is a full bathroom with hydro massage shower over the bath.
Stairs lead up to the first floor and a twin bedroom. Down a hallway, there is another twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a split level full bathroom.
At the front of the villa, there is a large covered terrace, which is furnished with a table and two wooden benches, ideal for outside entertaining and alfresco dining. The fantastic swimming pool, complete with roman steps, provides stunning views to the countryside and the mountains. There are sunbeds and parasols to enable you to enjoy the warm Mallorcan sunshine, and the lawn areas surrounding the pool will be perfect for children to play on.
