The villa comes with a private pool and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people in the 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, just steps away from excellent bars, restaurants, and shops. At villa Mar I Pins you can relax in the elegant, air-conditioned interiors, enjoy a swim in the private pool or in the crystal clear sea on your doorstep.
Inside, the villa has been totally rebuilt following the highest specifications and design trends. There is a fully fitted kitchen with adjoining dining room and lounge which opens directly onto the terrace with sea views. The three bedrooms consist of 1 queen sized bed (this bedroom comes with a sofa bed in the room) and there are two twin bedrooms also.
