Villa La Casita is a welcoming villa with 3 bedrooms and a private swimming pool, beautifully located very close to the sought after beach resort of Puerto Pollensa, which is less than 3km away.
The interiors are beautifully furnished in authentic Mallorcan style and the outdoor areas feature inviting terraces and a pleasant garden, which are perfect for relaxing under the shining sun or enjoying al-fresco dining. This villa can sleep up to five guests in three bedrooms
The rest of the interior consists of an open plan dining, lounge area traditionally furnished with lots of original features, providing a taste of genuine Mallorca living. Accessed via beautiful archways, there are three bedrooms, one double bedroom with an antique Mallorcan bed, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower. Another archway leads to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, which has direct access to the outdoor barbecue area.
Outside, there is a delightfully pretty, manicured garden with beautiful views of mountains and pine forest. The extensive garden has lawn, flowers and plants, as well as plenty of sunbathing terraces. An outside barbecue is perfectly positioned with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
