Villa Juanito is a very quiet and totally private spot in the countryside. The villa is only a 5 minute drive to the resort of Port Pollensa, where you can find lovely beaches, restaurants, and cafés. Port Pollensa is well known for its beautiful scenery, beaches, and mountains. There is access to all water sports and a good selection of restaurants and bars with plenty of cultural and historical point of interest. The walking and cycling is outstanding here also.
Villa Juanito is a single storey villa that has two bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping up to four guests comfortably with beautiful views of the swimming pool area. The bedrooms consist of one twin and one double, and the bathroom contains a shower. The rest of the villa contains a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a comfortable seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge, and an oven. There is also a dining table that seats up to six guests. Towels and bed linen are provided in the villa also.
Outside, you can find the lovely swimming pool surrounded by patio and lawned areas. Sunbeds are located around the pool area to provide total relaxation. You will also find a covered barbeque and dining area. This villa also features free private parking.
