Apartment Seville is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment located in Puerto Pollensa which has been recently refurbished in a very modern style. The apartment comes with a balcony with amazing views towards Pollensa bay and the beach.
Upon entering the apartment there is a lounge/dining area and an open plan fitted kitchenette. To the left there is a small bathroom with a shower room and an open bedroom with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. Air conditioning is also available in the dining room, as well as satellite TV. The property also has a balcony with a table and chairs for two people. The views there, facing the bay, are fantastic. Also, the apartment has an upper terrace which is accessed by an exterior staircase, this terrace has two sun loungers for you to enjoy the lovely view.
Apartment Seville is just a few metres away from the beach and only a few minutes’ walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa, to the La Gola natural park, and to a broad selection of shops and restaurants of any type. Finally, we should point out that the apartment also offers a private parking area.
