Overview
Villa Tancotes is set in an idyllic location affording beautiful views across the distant mountains. This is near the secondary road that connects the town of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa; from this convenient location, you have very easy and quick access to Port de Pollença, especially known for its beautiful coastline, gorgeous beaches and its array of shops and restaurants, as well as its proximity to the historic town of Pollença.
Classically decorated, this stone clad house offers a comfortable family holiday. The main entrance leads to a lovely entrance hall. To the left there is a spacious well equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob and an electric oven. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a large and comfortable lounge dining area with plenty of seating, flat screen and satellite TV. To the right of the hall there is the sleeping area, this consists of one double bedroom and two twins all sharing two bathrooms, one full and one with shower unit. All the bedrooms are large, and all have the facility of a fitted wardrobe plus air-conditioning.
The crystal clear swimming pool is surrounded by comfortably furnished stone paved sun terraces and a lawn area. On a side of the pool there is a built-in barbeque, ideal for al fresco evening meals.
