Overview
Villa Son del Rio Alt has a wonderful private pool and garden set in the pines is on the outskirts of Pollensa and can accomodate 6 guests. Go outside and enjoy the authentic scent of the Mediterranean while you have breakfast at the porch table or with a delicious BBQ. relax on one of the sun loungers on the terrace. The pool seems to be part of the natural environment, surrounded by trees and rocks and with spectacular views to the bay. It's a private pool 9.5 x 4 metres and its depth ranges from 1 to 1.8 metres. There're direct neighbours and the house is semi-detached but privacy is guaranteed.
The beauty and cosy house is on two floors and works with solar energy. On the main floor you'll find the small but charming living room with satellite TV. The dining kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook: gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and more. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower complete this floor. Upstairs you'll find another living room, two bedrooms with twin beds, and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. Finally, you'll find a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a baby cot and a high-chair free WIFI connection and air conditioning in the bedrooms on a timer.
Pollensa is in the North of Mallorca, about 5 km from the house. Its proximity to the sea and the mountain make it an amazing place. The historical centre is very picturesque and famous thanks to the worth a visit Calvari and its 365 steps, well worth a visit for the views!. Port de Pollensa, about 3 km away, surprises with a beach of white and fine sand and quiet waters, perfect for families. The pine walk is beautiful for an evening stroll and end up having dinner in one of the restaurants and a drink by the sea afterwards.
Palma airport is about one hour drive and the Pollensa Golf is 3 km from the house.
