Overview
Villa Rico is a typical and very beautiful Majorcan villa situated in a very quiet lane in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. It has a great stone terrace which is totally furnished with a large dinning table and chairs. There is a big swimming pool with roman steps surrounded by a lovely garden with grass and other Mediterranean plants.
The villa is set in two levels. There is a fitted kitchen totally equipped, a lovely lounge dining area which has doors opening to the front shaded terrace. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 doubles, one of them en suite and a further twin bedroom. There are also two further bathrooms. There is a nice built in BBQ situated by the front terrace near the pool where you can relax and dine.
Villa Rico is located in a quiet rural area at the end of a country lane, surrounded by other villas with similar characteristics, in one of the most privileged areas of Mallorca. It is a very short drive from Pollensa (a beautiful historic town with a very authentic character, a cultural and leisure offer unbeatable, all kinds of services, and a typical Mediterranean architecture), and also a very short drive from the beaches of the Bay of Pollensa, with its beautiful promenade, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and services of all kinds.
