Villa Pins is a welcoming and stylish villa, with private swimming pool, ideally located within the sought after resort of Cala San Vicente. Cala San Vicente has 3 sandy bays and crystal clear waters and is just a short stroll away. The bays forming Cala San Vicente (named respectively Cala Clara, Cala Barques and Cala Molins) are a charming jewel of Mallorca, still hidden to the mass tourism, and the perfect place to relax and unwind in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Sleeping up to six guests in comfortably furnished interiors, the villa is air conditioned and is the perfect choice for those looking for a truly Mallorcan holiday without the need to constantly rely on a car. 

Inside, the villa is modern, conveniently set over one floor and carefully finished to offer an unforgettable holiday. There is a large lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area, with patio doors opening straight to the poolside area and gardens.. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances for a self catering holiday and the lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player.

There are three air conditioned bedrooms in total, one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, along with two large bathrooms with shower facilities.

Outside, the villa offers exclusive use of the lawn garden, as well as a private swimming pool. With the beach a short stroll away, the hardest decision you will have on your holiday is whether to sunbathe by your pool or at the beach. The villa has a covered terrace area, which is the perfect place to dine having cooked on the barbecue.

Please note that the upper floor of the villa belongs to other ownership and does not share the gardens or the pool that remain for exclusive use of the guests staying at Villa Pins.
