Villa Marina Nova is located between Pollensa and Alcudia, around 4 kms to the lovely old town of Pollensa, where you can find a selection of restaurant, bars, and cafés. Villa Marina Nova is set in lovely mature gardens perfect for enjoying the Majorcan countryside.
Villa Marina Nova is a lovely semidetached villa with great views across to the Serra de Tramuntana mountains which are located behind Pollensa. Inside, there is an open plan rustic style kitchen with modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven and dining facilities. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a sofa and two armchairs, a woodburning stove and a large flat screen TV with satellite channels. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a shower room.
Outside, you will find a further shower room, a furnished covered terrace, an alfresco dining area, and a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful lawned area and mature trees, as well as sun loungers which are perfect for relaxation.
