Inside, the villa is set over one floor. The entrance door opens into the spacious lounge with its white leather sofas, high ceilings and French doors that lead out to the covered terrace and to the pool. The open-plan, ultra-modern, fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar island and dining area, has been purposely designed and has patio doors leading outside. Off the lounge, there is the master double bedroom with a step down to the split-level, en suite full bathroom (jacuzzi bath). A door leads to a separate area comprising WC. This bathroom also can be accessed from the entrance hall. Also, off the lounge there is a twin bedroom with en suite full bathroom. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only. The wonderful swimming pool is located just in front of the house and can be easily accessed via the large, covered terrace (with its stylish rattan sofas with brightly coloured cushions, tables, chairs and a stone barbecue). The swimming pool has Roman steps at one end and a separate section for children. At the far end of the pool is a nice pergola area, perfect for relaxing.
