Situated in a 1,000 year-old olive grove, way up in the Pollença hills, this rustic farmhouse commands beautiful views towards the Puig de Maria, Pollença and Alcudia. This villa affords a tranquil and peaceful ambience. Approached off a winding single track lane, the arched covered front terrace has a characteristic polished stone dining table overlooking the kidney-shaped swimming pool with furnished sun terraces. The brick built BBQ is next to the original bread oven adjacent to the covered terrace.
Upon entering is the spacious hall with an inner archway leading into the living/dining room with stone walls, a feature fireplace and Satellite TV. The pine fitted kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer, twin sink unit and a walk-in pantry. The doorway opens from the kitchen out to the poolside terraces for those ice-chilled drinks. From the living room a second inner archway leads into one en suite double bedroom and at ground floor a bath/shower room with half bath.
Stairs lead up to the first floor and the rest of the sleeping accommodation which comprises two double bedrooms and two pretty twin bedrooms (one double en suite) and the other bedrooms sharing a shower room. There is also a terrace which boasts spectacular views and is an ideal place for relaxing.

This house is comfortably furnished throughout in Mallorcan rustic style with many interesting crafts and features. The kidney shape gated swimming pool area can now be closed off for children. Outside, a little casita houses the washing machine.
