Villa Odile is a lovely, mature, and cosy villa that is set in the heart of Cala San Vicente, only 700 metres away from the two local beaches, which are just a short walk away. The villa is located only a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant and many more are in close proximity. Inside the villa there is a very bright and spacious open plan lounge/dining area with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and doors opening onto the shaded front terrace. Next to the dining area there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen, with a door opening onto the rear terrace. A passageway from the dining area leads to the bedrooms, these comprises of two doubles and one twin, all the three bedrooms are share two bathrooms, one with a bath and another one with shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Outside, you can find the lovely pool area, where there are plenty of sunbeds. Covered dining areas make up the outdoor area, which are perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. This is a great private villa perfect for a family wanting space for children to enjoy and has the advantage of being within walking distance to the beaches, shops, and restaurants.
