Villa Servera is a country villa located in a rural environment, but just over half a kilometres from the pretty town of Santanyí, a town with a lots of charm and character. Of this population it is worth highlighting its traditional fruit and vegetable market as well as its coves and beaches, ideal for lovers of quiet areas.
Upon entering the house we find a spacious living room equipped with two sofas and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room, in which we can find the washing machine. From here there is an access door to the pool area. There are two bedrooms: one double and one twin. Both share a full bathroom with a bath. The house has air conditioning, however the use of this will be payable locally.
The pool is easily accessible thanks to its material steps. Next to it there is a solarium terrace and a covered area with barbecue, a bonus for all lovers of outdoor cooking. There is also free WIFI available at the villa.
