Villa Blau is situated in an excellent location for your Mallorca villa holiday. The shops, restaurants, waterpark and marina of Alcudia are all within easy reach and keen beach goers will also love the expansive sandy bay that can be found within a short walk. The historic old town and bistros at the stylish marina are also well worth a visit and can be easily found.
This delightful four bedroom villa includes air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Inside, the contemporary lounge is brightly furnished, with a flat screen TV and an archway leading into the dining area, where there are dining facilities. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and has all mod cons for a relaxing stay. A small, external utility area is conveniently situated to the side of the villa too. Villa Blau has two double bedrooms, each with their own en suite shower room. The twin bedroom and single bedroom share a shower room.
Outside, the private swimming pool is situated invitingly at the front of the villa, surrounded by a sun terrace, ideal for sunbathing in the warm weather. The barbecue and dining areas are towards the back of the villa, ideal for enjoying an alfresco meal or a drink in the sunshine.
