Villa Belgica is a five bedroom, three bathroom villa in a fantastic position, only five minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants in the centre of Alcudia. The superb sandy beach, along with several family friendly attractions are nearby, making this villa a great choice for large families or groups.
The villa has a colourful and contemporary interior, a private swimming pool and a small lawn garden.
On the ground floor, the lounge is bright and airy, with stylish furnishings and a traditional beamed ceiling. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. An archway leads into the modern, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom along with a bathroom and shower room.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a separate bathroom.
Outside, you will find the private swimming pool which is surrounded by lawn and terraces with ample space to sunbathe. There is a lovely covered eating area with dining facilities and a large brick barbecue. There is also a small lawn at the front and at the back of the villa too.
