Overlooking the surrounding countryside, the village of Arco da Calheta and the ocean, the lovely Villa Dilis provides everything you may want for a great family holiday or should you be seeking a tranquil area to relax and contemplate the beautiful surroundings.

Set over one floor, the air-conditioned living space is open-plan and features a wood burner and large comfortable corner sofa, a dining table for six and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with a door leading to the covered barbecue area. Patio doors open up to the south-facing solarium where you will find the good-sized swimming pool (with optional heating) and a small garden for the sunbeds; the built-in barbecue and outdoor dining table lie under a covered area next to the swimming pool. Don't forget to enjoy a relaxing drink on the roof-top terrace from where you can enjoy wonderful views over the valley and sea.

An air-conditioned distribution hall opens to the three double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and the family shower room. A laundry with washing machine and dryer completes the ground floor. On the lower floor there is a large two-car garage and the third shower room.

There are many walks around Calheta and easy access to the plateau of Paul da Serra, with its many levada walks, makes this villa perfectly located for walking in Madeira and for enjoying a lovely holiday surrounded by the beautiful Madeira countryside.
