Overview
This modern four-bedroom 'Villa Modern' is in a central and quiet area of Vale do Lobo. Built on three levels, it enjoys a modern decor. On the ground floor, there is the entrance hall and four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and sliding doors that allow direct access to the garden. On the first floor is the open plan living and dining room leading to the kitchen and the cloakroom. From this floor, surrounded by large sliding doors, you can access the swimming pool deck, with several lounging area, great for relaxing, and a dining area, perfect for alfresco meals, equipped with a gas barbecue. In the basement there is the laundry room and access to the garage.
The accommodation comprises four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, all located on the ground floor. Three bedrooms are twin, with the option of converting to double, and one, the master bedroom, is double, with a king-size bed. The bathrooms are equipped with showers and in the master suite there is also a bathtub. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine and toaster. In the living room there is a spacious U-shaped sofa, a fireplace, a smart led TV and a wireless sound system.
Outside there is also a roof-top terrace that offers open views over the surrounding landscape and the sea. This terrace is equipped with a sink and a lounging area. The villa is equipped with electric shutters, air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating in the bedroom's, bathrooms and Wi-Fi internet. The swimming pool can be heated upon request and at an extra cost.
