Overview
Villa Figueira is a spacious, elegant, 3-bedroom villa situated in a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to Vale do Milho golf course. The villa has a private heated pool (heating extra) enclosed by a spacious terrace with pool shower, BBQ area, sun loungers and outdoor seating areas. There is also an internal courtyard with second BBQ area.
The villa is equipped with a 42" plasma TV, free Wi-Fi, smart Blu-ray player, DVD player, CD player, and safe. The property is fully fenced with electric entry gates and air conditioning throughout.
The nearest beach is just a 15-minute walk away. It's a sheltered bay bordered by striking sandstone cliffs. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the beach and it offers various other activities such as pedalo hire, kayak hire, wakeboarding and more. Located at the beach is O Stop restaurant / snack bar which can serve as an elegant restaurant for an evening meal or somewhere to grab a lunchtime snack. There are a few other restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa.
Carvoeiro town centre is just a few minutes away by car/taxi. Carvoeiro itself is a charming, family friendly town. During the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected in the square and live music is played every night.
When you enter the villa double doors lead to a circular entrance hall with stairs sweeping up to the first floor. On the first floor resides the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors from the bedroom open onto a terrace with sea views and comfy seating area.
On the ground floor there is the living/dining area which has been stylishly decorated. The living area opens onto the main pool terrace. Adjoining the living room is the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including dishwasher and washing machine. There are a further two en-suite bedrooms on this level, both with sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace a guest WC.
Guests have full, private use of the entire property to include the living area, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, entrance hall, guest WC, driveway, garden, terraces and swimming pool.
There is a taxi rank in the centre of the village and the central taxi number is provided in the house information book. You can also travel around by tuk tuk and bus. Details of which can be found in the villa.
