Very comfortable family home with a private swimming pool and private garden, great outdoor and BBQ area. This townhouse has 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms plus one WC.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it has a table and chairs for small meals and also a laundry room. A sliding door allows natural light in the kitchen and provides direct access to the outside dining area, next to the pool. The spacious living room is equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV. There is also internet access via Wi-Fi.
The garden area is private and enclosed all around. It is appropriate and safe for children. There is ceramic floor surrounding the pool, plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating to allow you to enjoy the sun and fresh air.
The pool is about 8 meters long by 4 meters wide and with a depth of between 1 meter by the stairs and 2 meters at the deep end. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost this service is provided between March and October. The outdoor dining area has a nice size table and comfortable chairs and is served by a charcoal BBQ. Overall, the outdoor is well presented and very private. There is private parking in the garage located in the basement.
