All the bedrooms have air conditioning except the ground floor bedroom which has a fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware and the living room is large and encompasses the living and dining areas. It also has a fireplace for colder evenings. Just next door is the charcoal BBQ. Here you can prepare some healthy meals for al fresco dining. You can also benefit from WIFI and TV with English channels and finally, a pool table is located inside the villa.
The biggest attraction of Villa Florencio is the surrounding area, green hills, sea views and the privacy and quietness of the area. The location is good for those who value their privacy but still want to be close to the local amenities by car. Outside, you will find a private pool which can be heated on request. The pool and surrounding areas have enough sun loungers for everyone and plenty of outdoor furniture spread around the terraces of the villa and you can also find plenty of private parking spaces.
