Overview
Villa Staggia is an ancient 18th century Tuscany villa situated in a dominant position on one of the Chianti hills among vineyards and olive groves above the old town of Staggia Senese. The villa has been recently subjected to an attentive renovation and restoration which has maintained its original structure making it an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant and exclusive stay in Tuscany. Thanks to the property geographical position it is easy to reach the main Tuscan art cities like Florence, Siena and San Gimignano in less than half an hour by car as well as to enjoy all of Tuscany, from following wine roads, touring cultural and artistic sites and enjoying good Tuscan cuisine in the many traditional villages of the area.
Opposite the house is a large equipped outdoor area with a beautiful gazebo suitable for outdoor dining. To the sides of the villa, guests can enjoy relaxing in the elegant terrace where the lemon trees are housed and amid the romantic grove of cedars and holm-oaks. In a secluded area to the back of the house, nestled among cypress and olive trees, is the private swimming pool with external shower surrounded by a large green lawn. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms on the first floor, and you get 4 hours/week of tidying up of the bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room and kitchen (only for weekly stays), internet wi fi connection and baby beds included in the price. The last stretch of the access road is a dirt track, and a car is recommended. There is parking on the property.
